Ireland Mission Trip, Summer 04

Paul arrived a day late, due to food poisoning. This is the first day we were on University City Dublin (UCD) campus to pray. Andy is in the front, followed by Dan and Paul. The Dublin buses have a mind of their own. We were intending on making a connection, but after waiting for quite awhile we asked around and found out that on this particular day the bus would not be running to our particular part of town from mid-afternoon until mid-evening.
We were driving to Glendalough, but stopped to look at the beautiful scenery. Anna was looking at God's handiwork when we made her turn around for a picture.

This is the Celtic cross, the symbol of Irish Christianity.
We could be a band. Paul would be the lead singer because he is looking right at the camera...Now all we need are some tunes. The Dublin team: Stephanie Michael, Dan Dark, Paul Steiner, Andy Harper, Anna Zimmer. Stephanie in front of a deep lake.
Andy needed to be rescued at Glendalough. Well, not really...he just looked like he need to be rescued!

This was taken mid-evening; it doesn't get dark in Dublin untill late at night (in the summer...winter is an entirely different story!). Dan...what can we say. He made the prayer journey quite interesting! We're not sure if Dan and Anna were pretending to surf or be ninjas. You decide.
